Arusha and Moshi are the two closest cities near Kilimanjaro National Park. You can fly direct to Kilimanjaro airport via the gulf or Europe, depending on where you are traveling from.

You can fly into Kilimanjar’s capital, Dar-Es-Salaam, or to Kenya’s Jomo Kenyatta International airport to connect to JRO for a short internal flight. Finding cheap flights to Kilimanjaro International Airport by flying into Nairobi, Kenya, is also one of the best ways.
You can also travel by road from Kenya after passing there. Several bus and shuttle options are there to take you from Moshi town or Arusha, which are rough. You must consider this if you want something adventurous and trying to save money and time.
