What if Travel Plans Changed?

Credit for Future Travel dates

This policy allows for flexibility in case your plans change and you are unable to go on the originally booked tour. By transferring your deposit to another tour within 24 months, you can still make use of the funds and not lose out completely. The $130 per person transfer fee helps cover any administrative costs associated with changing the booking. It’s important to note that some tours may have a 100% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit, so it’s always a good idea to check the specific terms and conditions for each tour before booking.

If you cancel less than 180 days prior to departure.

This policy is in place because many of the costs associated with the Africa safari tour are 100% non-recoverable once they have been paid for. This includes things like accommodations, transportation, and permits that need to be booked well in advance. By canceling less than 180 days before departure, you are essentially forfeiting your spot on the tour and preventing someone else from taking your place. It is important to carefully consider your plans and commitments before booking a trip like this to avoid any financial losses in case of cancellation.

Cancellation

It is important to understand and adhere to the cancellation policy in order to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes. By notifying us in writing immediately, we can work towards finding a solution that is fair for both parties. It is also crucial to note that name changes may not be allowed depending on the specific tour, so it is best to confirm this before making any arrangements. Additionally, it is important to be aware that partial refunds will not be granted for any unused trip arrangements once the trip has started, including missed meals, flights, activities, or transportation. This policy ensures that all trip members are accountable for their commitment to the itinerary and are responsible for completing all planned activities.
